Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is a country music singer and songwriter from America. The album Satisfied came out in 2007. She was a part of the Pistol Annies band with Angaleena Lambert as well as Miranda Lambert. Her second album, Like a Rose (2013) follows her previous album. Ashley Monroe performing Blake SheltonIn 2016, she released The Blade which was another well-received album. Ashley Monroe has been in public service for over fifteen years and has spent five years serving as a deputy city manager for Iowa City. In her role as the Assistant Village Director she oversees The Community Development and Building Department. It includes the coordination of grant applications and finishing special projects. Ashley aids in the daily administration of Riverside's services, as well as in the implementation of the elected officials' and community visions. Ashley has served in a range of roles during her career, which included municipal planning and government communication budgeting, collective bargaining and management of employees in addition to working on climate change-related initiatives.
